Milan Milojicic

Milan Milojicic was born in 1982 in Jagodina, Serbia. He studied viola at the Mozarteum University of Salzburg with Prof. Thomas Riebl, furthering his studies with Veronika Hagen, Diemut Poppen, Gerard Causse and Nobuko Imai.
Milan has been a prizewinner in several competitions including Special Prize at the International "Petar Konjovic" competition in Belgrade (viola and chamber music) and “Summa cum Lauda” at the International Viola competition Dolny Kubin in Slovakia.

He has performed as soloist with the “Deutsche Kammerakademie Neuss” and the “Slovakian National Chamber Orchestra”, in addition to international festivals  in collaboration with soloists including Sergio Azzolini, Irena Grafenauer, Michael Kofler.

As principal violist of the Salzburg Chamber Soloists and the Deutsche Kammerakademie, Milan has performed extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the USA.
